Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

ELIGIBILITY
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered are always eligible, even if opened.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
Email us at virelle26@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged or defective, a photo of the issue. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps. Please do not send any item back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Because our orders ship internationally, in some cases we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

REFUNDS
Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled.

LATE OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us at virelle26@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue quickly.
